What you need
- A client ID and accountable owner ID.
- Evidence-backed boolean flags for agreement approval, billing contact, asset access and optionally kickoff ownership; an operator-selected list of required checks.
Follow the workflow step by step
Supplied agency data
Receive the explicitly supplied manual input packet.
Check whether a client can start delivery
Return a ready or blocked delivery handoff with the exact missing checklist requirements and owner. Do not create accounts or treat a checked box as external access verification.
Setup and review
- Select the requiredChecks from the four supported checklist keys.
- Supply only confirmed boolean values in checks. Missing values remain incomplete.
- Test a complete client and one missing asset access. Inspect missingChecks before scheduling delivery.

}Success means: Return a ready or blocked delivery handoff with the exact missing checklist requirements and owner. Do not create accounts or treat a checked box as external access verification.
When something goes wrong
- Blocked results are useful: send the missing checklist to the accountable owner through an approved process. Update a flag only after the underlying requirement is confirmed, then repeat. Unknown keys or string flags stop the run.
Limits and costs
- A true flag records an operator assertion. This workflow does not verify an agreement, log into a client asset, create a workspace, send a kickoff email or prove external access.
- No paid model calls or metered third-party operations are declared in this pure graph. Vora plan availability, compute and quotas still apply; pricing has not been verified by this batch.
