Support Operations

Prioritize a support incident against its SLA

Turn an incident report into a reproducible priority and response-clock packet. A supplied observation time makes the deadline calculation inspectable and repeatable.

What you need

  • An approved response SLA in minutes for p1, p2 and p3.
  • An incident ID, exact UTC opening and observation timestamps, availability impact and an explicitly assessed dataRisk flag.
Follow the workflow step by step
  1. Supplied agency data

Receive the explicitly supplied manual input packet.

  2. Prioritize a support incident against its SLA

Return incident priority, configured response target, elapsed minutes and overdue flag using an explicit observation time. Produce an internal triage packet; do not notify or promise resolution.

Setup and review

  • Use impact normal, degraded or outage and an explicit boolean dataRisk.
  • Supply the response targets agreed for this client or agency queue.
  • Test the exact deadline and one minute after it. Inspect priority and overdue before assigning the incident.

Success means: Return incident priority, configured response target, elapsed minutes and overdue flag using an explicit observation time. Produce an internal triage packet; do not notify or promise resolution.

When something goes wrong

  • An opening time after the observation or an unknown impact stops the packet. Correct the source record and repeat. A priority or overdue flag must feed an operator-owned escalation process; it does not itself notify anyone.

Limits and costs

  • Elapsed minutes are rounded down for display; overdue compares the full timestamp difference, so even one second beyond the target is overdue. Priority follows supplied facts and does not diagnose the incident or promise resolution.
  • No paid model calls or metered third-party operations are declared in this pure graph. Vora plan availability, compute and quotas still apply; pricing has not been verified by this batch.
